P3P policies declare the data they collect in groups (also referred to as "statements"). This policy contains 3 data groups. The data practices of each group will be explained separately.

Group "User Information"

We collect the following information:

  • User's Birth Date
  • Home e-mail address
  • Mobile Telephone Number
  • Home mailing address
  • Interactive data

This data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Completion and support of the current activity.
  • Web site and system administration.
  • Contacting visitors for marketing of services or products. The user must opt-in to this usage.
  • Telemarketing. The user must opt-in to this usage.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents. In addition, the following types of entities will receive this information:

  • Others following the same practices. The user must opt-in to this data sharing.

The following explanation is provided for why this data is collected:

A user's email address is used as the login for that user. Other information about the user (phone number, mobile phone number, and physical address) are optional. The user's email address may be used for notifying the user about new surveys that have become available. Similar notifications may be sent via SMS to a user's mobile phone number, if provided. Users may opt in or out by editing their account settings. User information is never sold or shared with third parties. Some surveys require a user to be logged in to take the survey. In this case, a user's responses are tied to the user's account. This is used to remember a user's previous responses so that user may re-take the survey and view/change those responses, and in some cases to prevent a user from submitting more than one response to a survey where ballot stuffing is discouraged.

Group "Session State"

We collect the following information:

  • HTTP cookies

This data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Completion and support of the current activity.
  • Web site and system administration.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents.

The following explanation is provided for why this data is collected:

This site uses session variables, stored as cookies, to maintain the current state of the session. • Full IP address
  • Request timestamp

This data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Web site and system administration.
  • Anonymous user analysis.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents.

The data in this group has been marked as non-identifiable. This means that there is no reasonable way for the site to identify the individual person this data was collected from.
